How to Request Funds:

An individual or their advocate should email sloguardians@gmail.com with the following information:

full name of recipient

address of recipient (so we can send check, if awarded)

reason for the financial grant and its intended use

name of school recipient attends

amount being requested (awards typically do not exceed $500)

*All information will remain private unless we have your consent to share

How Funds are Reviewed and Awarded:

Requests will be reviewed and funds will be awarded via check by the Board, on a minimum semiannual basis.

*Students who receive educational grants are encouraged to send a follow up email telling us how their learning growth and development was enhanced
